- Provide first-tier service and remote desktop support on office automation software and applications - Setup and adjust setting on company network equipment with network engineer or vendors, including Server, Router, Access Point, etc. - Handle and troubleshoot on different user’s technical enquires (Microsoft Windows, MSOffice, Network printers, Bloomberg) - Maintenance of End User accounts in various systems (Active Directory, Email Exchange, Office 365 accounts) - Conduct morning checks on server equipment, particularly server backup, and phone recording system checks. - Liaison with the vendor for project implementation, new software deployment, and device reparation. - Remotely configure and install IT equipment for overseas’ users. - Take responsibility for the project arrangement and report to the manager regularly.
