I'm an EdTech and Digital Learning professional with 8+ years of experience bridging the worlds of education, technology, and marketing. My passion lies in building products and communities that genuinely change how people learn, from ideation all the way to execution. Over the years, I've led B2B and B2C marketing strategies, managed a community of 40K+ members, trained hundreds of educators and enterprise users, and published peer-reviewed research on AI and GenAI integration in Israeli schools. Currently at the Center for Educational Technology (CET), I lead large-scale, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with a data-driven mindset, designing customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and building high-converting landing pages on Wix Studio. Most recently, I led a flagship campaign that generated over 1,000 leads and drove ₪3M in revenue for the organization. Beyond campaigns, I spearheaded the launch of a new organizational podcast that reached thousands of views and listens across social platforms, led new product launches, and managed PR activities that expanded CET's visibility across Israel's educational sector. Leading CET’s B2B & B2C marketing initiatives to grow brand presence and engagement (digital campaigns / PR & events / customer journeys) across diverse educational sectors: ⁃ Developing and executing marketing strategies to expand visibility and brand positioning (using Google Analytics for insights). ⁃ Managing CET’s websites on Wix Studio and WordPress, including UX enhancements, integrations, and ongoing content updates. ⁃ Leading digital and social media campaigns via Ads Manager, planned and automated through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. ⁃ Designing and implementing multi-channel customer journeys (email, SMS, WhatsApp, digital engagement) with Salesforce Marketing Cloud automations. ⁃ Planning and managing PR activities – creating content, identifying storytelling opportunities, and securing media coverage. ⁃ Organizing and delivering conferences, webinars, and industry events (tracked via Monday). ⁃ Producing marketing videos, promotional assets, and brand-aligned visuals with designers and vendors. ⁃ Building and analyzing marketing dashboards in Tableau to guide decision-making and campaign optimization. ⁃ Leading cross-functional collaborations with Product, Data, Media, and Pedagogy teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution. ⁃ Supporting traditional marketing activities, including branded giveaways, presentations, and catalogs.
Leading Campus IL B2B digital learning products to increase overall user reach (new clients/ projects/ users): ⁃ Identifying Digital Learning B2B market trends and needs. ⁃ Mapping potential market segments/ use cases looking for new growth opportunities. ⁃ Proactively peaching Campus IL value proposition to potential clients/partners (remote/F2F). ⁃ Managing/filtering potential leads coming from CRM/marketing/partnerships on day-to-day bases. ⁃ Led a successful pilot with a key client which developed to serval new projects. ⁃ Managing ongoing business relationship with Key stakeholders in the Digital Learning community. ⁃ Working closely with product teams to enable product personalization, allowing clients to customize their “Campus” page add tracking/monitoring capabilities (led ideation phase and user flows on Miro, set design ideas using Figma). ⁃ Tracking/monitoring/reporting initiatives status to management (via Email/Monday/Slack).
Leading a team of 4 community managers responsible for over 40K She Codes community members: ⁃ Managing She Codes FB & IG pages, leading Meetups, supporting community partnerships. ⁃ Managing She codes programming courses registration cycles (with over 10K registrations a year).
Part of the training and education team - aiming to increase ‘Microsoft Teams’ market-share in Israel: ⁃ Demoed/trained hundreds of customers across a wide variety of sectors in Israel, to maximize users’ knowledge and potential value from Microsoft Teams – aiming to lift overall usage and licensing purchases/ renewals / up-sales of other Microsoft tools (OneNote, Outlook, OneDrive). ⁃ Led e2e implementation project of teams in Israeli schools activates (school newspaper, students committees, homework help, meeting managements. ⁃ Trained Microsoft's international teacher community as part of certification process to become Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts (MIEEs). ⁃ Represented the Microsoft Israel education team at conferences and events throughout the country.
