Reto Baumann is an experienced IT leader with broad background in information technology. He's experienced at building new technology focused teams and roles focused on bridging business and IT. He managed diverse teams of more than 50 specialists over two managing levels. Reto successfully transformed a Swiss Financial Services provider from a traditional innovation model towards an modern, agile approach. He was the core lead introducing an innovation model based on the Scaled Agile Framework. The main transformation focused on changing the mindset of the employees to support close collaboration and iterative deliveries. He has experienced leading an agile release train of up to 120 people delivering continuous value towards the business. Reto is partner and member of the board at ImagePoint, the leading Swiss stock image agency located in the Zurich area. He has served in a variety of technology focused roles, including security architect, enterprise architect, penetration tester, board member and consultant. He has earned an M.S. degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich, Switzerland and is a vivid lecturer on digital transformation and IT governance with multiple Universities.
