- Leading all M&A related activities from origination to execution - Responsible for the strategy process and the related projects - Leading complex M&A integration projects - Supporting and advising the CEO in strategic questions - Business and market analyses - Support MBO processes - Reporting directly to the CEO
- Development and establishment of new business models and corporate strategies in the areas of HVAC, electrical, IT and building automation for the C-level - Conducting market analyses in the electrical, HVAC, building automation and IT sectors - Project management over the entire group - M&A activities, from the initial valuation to the integration - Establishment of innovation management in the Group, from idea generation to market launch - Conducting workshops on innovation topics that deal with the future (AI, IoT, BIM, etc.) - Further development of digitalization on the construction site (BIM, digital twin) - Preparation of presentation for the Board of Directors - Organizational development
