The Accounting tab of the lease form is used to specify the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) information. The form shows this tab only, if customer owns access as a Lease Accountant role with a Real Estate Manager license. This information includes the accounting details, borrowing rate, growth assumptions, rent component assumptions, and likely term option. This tab also calculates the lease treatment or lease classification for FASB-IASB. Two roles were assigned to a Tester. To login as Contract Admin and Contract Accountant. OVERVIEW OF LEASE CREATION: Two types of Lease: * Real Estate Contract - To input lease data into lease records, you can manually create Real estate lease records. * Asset Contract - To input lease data into lease records, you can manually create Asset lease records. Payments can be monthly, weekly, annually, bi-annually. Accounting tab calculates NPV of rent, Fiscal Schedule and Journal Entries.
