I am responsible for the coordination of employee engagement efforts through which Siemens employees come together in support of STEM programs and other outreach initiatives of the Siemens Foundation. In this role I research opportunities and collect data about donations, employee interests and involvement in order to provide logistical support and recommendations to Siemens Philanthropy Councils, and facilitate internal and external relationships that promote successful outreach to populations served by the Foundation’s programs. By publishing timely written updates about philanthropic efforts through internal channels, I encourage continued interest in and support of philanthropic outreach.
