- Manage all events from conception to delivery (exhibitions and trade-shows, general annual meetings, corporate events, virtual events, hybrid events) - Plan and host events: from idea conception and preparations to day-of logistics: scouting locations, identifying and booking speakers, soliciting bids, managing vendor relationships and communications, creating and negotiating contracts, managing budgets etc. - Design the yearly event plan for the va-Q-tec group worldwide - Drive the implementation of innovative and engaging event formats - Help to evolve offerings using industry best practices, platform capabilities and lessons learned - Implement KPI’s for all event types (e.g. for virtual data analysis to track effectiveness) - Support the sales team during exhibitions and trade shows
- Plan and host corporate events - Communications with third party vendors and contractors - Budget control
- Sales of event sponsorships, hotel rooms and sport services - Organization and execution of workshops, meetings and events - Organization and execution of an international sport event on the ITF tour - Account management of existing clients - Creation and execution of the marketing plan - Budget control of all marketing activities - Communication with external service providers - Preparation of sales documents
