More information about myself: Even before the beginning of my professional career I was fascinated by both the biologic and economic content during my A-levels which later led to my application at Sanofi. My professional career started in September 2017 with an apprenticeship as an industrial management assistant at Sanofi where I got familiar with the daily business in the pharma sector. Operating in different departments such as Supply Chain, Finance and the Talent Acquisition, I gained important knowledge and experience throughout my education. After a short time in the recruitment team my passion for the processes in the Talent Acquisition was sparked due to the diverse applications, individual candidate contacts and contribution in exciting projects. In August 2020, after my successful graduation, Sanofi gave me the chance to further strengthen my acquired skills in an HR trainee program. Within this program my responsibilities have been extended and I currently support the primary recruiter at Sanofi Berlin by screening, sourcing, coordinating and holding interviews as well as doing operational background tasks. Since the end of November 2020, I have been working internally for Sanofi as a “HR Fachtrainee” junior recruitment support and I am eager to show you, how you can empower your life and career at Sanofi!
