After 38 years I decided to leave HP Inc with a broad experience in services. I have been a project manager and implemented all kind of service related projects worldwide. I have done all kind of (improvement / implementation) projects within Europe over the passed 14 years. The projects where Services related at different departments: Logistics, Call Centers, Contract Administration, Finance, Partners but also for major accounts. Next to the projects I have some operational tasks: Change manager, execute audits at partners, Customer Satisfaction improvements.
