Formulate the equations and parametric expressions required for converting upper-body clothing blocks from Seamly2D (CAD) into Python, ensuring compatibility and automation across multiple software environments.
Guide the students conduct the research design for their fashion projects for both menswear and womenswear, which include development of the Inspiration, mood-board, sketching, prototype. Also include teaching of fashion culture, pattern and garment technology, and basic textile knowledges. In sum, guiding students to link the visual concept to the physical textile into the apparel prototyping process, therefore create the novel symbol of fashion and enable the student have the ability to finish the collection for the fashion industry.
• Communicated and assisted Ashley with the process of pattern, sample and show piece making in the 2019/2020 AW series. • Facilitated and cooperated with Jimmy Choo company by partaking in the process of tie-dye design. • Making the Spec Sheet of each garment, drafting the illustration of garments and note any garment tech details, for communicating with clothing factory. • Sewing the show piece for the London fashion week in 2019. • Took part in London fashion week in 2019 as a design assistant.
