Successfully completed a 15-day internship at Aavin Dairy, Madurai. Acquired hands-on knowledge of milk processing, quality assurance tests, and dairy plant operations, along with food safety and hygiene protocols.
Completed an in-plant training at KMS Confectioneries, Madurai, gaining exposure to bakery and confectionery manufacturing processes. Observed quality control procedures, ingredient handling, and production workflows. Enhanced my understanding of food safety, hygiene, and industrial manufacturing practices.
