The Executive Director of Corporate Relations at Cornell University's SC Johnson College of Business is primarily responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships between the college and corporate partners. It has a dominant market position in financial services, asset management, private equity and high stakes litigation. I led a team that included communications, client development, marketing technology, events, proposals, and sales executives who were located in ten countries. This team and I successfully partnered with firm leadership to implement programs that drove an increase in revenue by 50% and also increased the win rate to 40%. In addition, we brought innovative changes to the firm's marketing technology, completely rebuilt the firm's website, introduced client oriented visualization tools which improved collaboration across practices and regions and created a professional development program for marketing and business development staff that improved skills and retention.
