I’m the Director of Supply Chain at Ohio Gratings, Inc., where I lead the purchasing function and partner closely with logistics and operations to strengthen alignment across the supply chain. In this role, I’m focused on building a deep understanding of how materials flow, how teams interact, and where opportunities exist to improve coordination and performance. I enjoy working through complex supply chain “puzzles,” connecting insights across functions and helping bring greater structure and clarity to how the organization operates. Prior to this role, I served as Assistant to the President at Ohio Gratings, leading special projects that supported operational improvements. I also bring experience from the non-profit sector, where I developed a strong foundation in team leadership, recruitment, and execution. Lead the purchasing team with a hands-on approach in a metal manufacturing environment, staying closely involved in daily operations and supplier and logistics activity. Work across production, engineering, quality, and finance to align purchasing and logistics with manufacturing schedules and material requirements, reduce gaps between departments, and keep raw materials and components flowing to support shop floor needs. Turn supply chain plans into practical execution by auditing and tracking purchasing activity, ensuring materials are used efficiently and managed across all entities.
