Provided strategic internal communications support for HBF’s multi‑year digital transformation program as part of the Business Adoption team. Translated complex technical information into clear, engaging communications to support change adoption, including communications planning, content development, leader messaging and Teams Live events. My role included developing and contributing to strategic communications plans, writing articles, filming and editing video content, taking photos, developing graphics, updating the intranet and working closely with my colleagues in the change and learning teams.
Curated compelling copy for a range of clients, from carpet wholesalers to surgeons and everything in between. I worked with businesses to tell their brand stories through website copy, blog posts and social media content in a clean, concise and captivating way.
Planned and delivered a portfolio of large‑scale events for Surf Life Saving WA, including 500+ person gala dinners, award ceremonies and corporate functions. Managed fundraising initiatives such as Boardies Day and the street appeal, delivered all associated communications, including social media copy, and worked closely with corporate partners to deliver event activations and sponsorship commitments.
