I am a highly motivated C-Suite Business Development Professional with a record of exceptional accomplishment, performance, and success. With a fearless attitude, I have started up and/or diversified (female) minority-owned drilling companies by collaborating with other global industry professionals, securing significant financial backing, and trusting my gut. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: I was honored to serve as Chief of Staff for Immaculée Ilibagiza (famous author and international inspirational speaker). This 5-year experience taught me more about how to develop relationships around the world while focusing on meaningful global issues. This experience also opened doors for introductions to Pope John Paul II, Pope Benedict XVI, Paul Kagame (1st President of Rwanda after order was restored), Kamla Persad-Bissessar, Prime Minister of Trinidad/Tobago, Archbishop of Mechelen–Brussels, Bishop of Palmares, and other high-profile dignitaries. I created all the global marketing collateral that would become significant door-openers for Immaculée’s message. This experience changed my life. COMMUNITY OUTREACH: Involvement in the community is vital to relationship-building success. MISSION: Identify industry changes and what service needs arise; develop solutions through networking and collaboration; diversify company during industry downturn. START-UP: Created/presented business plans for investors. Then negotiated prospect acquisitions between two exploration and production companies yielding field development in Jasper County, TX, which creating a third division of company. GROWTH: Joined forces (M&E Partners) to buy/sell oilfield service equipment domestically and abroad during industry downturn. CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Transitioned into Directional Drilling company managing all day-to-day business development. LEADERSHIP: Managed operations team, sales team, and led sales force. DIVERSITY: Added Flare Gas reducing equipment to diversify company.
