Provided advising and support and monitored personal welfare of grantees throughout the Fulbright Program lifecycle, including crisis management. Collaborated with relevant academic and government stakeholders in the U.S. and Germany as well as Fulbright alumni to ensure successful experience for Fulbright grantees in Germany. Implemented Fulbright initiatives related to diversity, equity and inclusion. Planned and executed in-person and virtual events including annual conference for over 500 participants. Managed Fulbright Program portfolio in Mexico and Central America benefiting 150 grantees; conducted in-country promotion and candidate interviews; built and maintained client relationships with Fulbright representatives abroad and in Washington, DC; managed and oversaw program budgets.
