Serve on the MedTech Surgery US Commercial leadership team, as well as lead counsel to the Biosurgery and Wound Closure & Healing businesses.
Serve as lead counsel to Johnson & Johnson MedTech's Spine and Sports Medicine businesses. Member of the leadership team advising senior management on a broad range of complex legal, commercial and strategic issues.
Provide legal counsel on matters of corporate governance, public company disclosure, securities regulation, risk management and shareholder engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Investor Relations, Finance and Communications, on enterprise strategy, reporting and governance. Support the Executive Committee, and the Johnson & Johnson Board of Directors and its Audit Committee and Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability Committee.
