Oversee the operation of 12 cement and fly ash terminals. Ensure that the supply is balanced the most cost effective way between the plants and terminals for the North Atlantic region with various modes of transportation (barge, rail and truck). Oversee the Safety Programs for the Terminals. Ensure all customer bulk and package deliveries are covered and delivered in a timely manner.
Schedule barge, truck and rail shipments within the region for 3 cement plants and 9 cement terminals.
Worked on the Louisville Plant Expansion to oversee the general Contractor spending within the contract and change orders. Costed items to equipment. Assisted with the Victorville, CA Expansion project. Itemized all of the new equipment lines.
