File annual reports for all entities with Secretary of State offices. * Work with local counsel to gather information and documents required for liquor new applications. * Prepare and file manager registrations, liquor renewals, and other miscellaneous licenses and permits renewals with various licensing authorities. * Create and Manage initial licensing database system. * Assist with conversion of initial licensing database system to LicenseHQ licensing database. Maintain, track and renew licensing using LicenseHQ. * Notify Regional Director of Operations and General Managers of COVID-19 closures, reopening capacities and guidelines.
Restaurant licensing (liquor, sales tax, health permits, alarm permits, business licenses and other miscellaneous licenses), brewery licensing with the State of Colorado and the TTB (Alcohol Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau). * Initial contact with potential new liquor clients, schedule initial client meeting with liquor attorney, run client conflicts check, draft engagement letters and prepare client intake forms. * Meet and converse with liquor clients to obtain and gather necessary information to apply for liquor and other required licenses. * Prepare new liquor applications and transfer of ownership applications. File applications with local authorities. * Communicate with Federal, State, and Local licensing authorities, and establish and maintain relationships with individuals. * Prepare and file manager registrations and liquor renewals. Prepare and file change of trade name, corporate name, and corporate structure applications. * Research and apply for necessary license and permits for restaurants, liquor stores, grocery stores, hotels and breweries. * Communicate with local licensing authorities regarding application status and hearing dates. Schedule attorney and client for liquor hearings. Coordinate with petitioning companies. * Prepare and post hearing notice signs. * File incorporation documents and trade name registrations with the Colorado Secretary of State. Apply for EIN with the IRS for new corporate entities. * Attend the NALCP conference as an associate member and network with retailers, liquor attorneys and other licensing professionals throughout the country.
