I've had a passion for the creative all my life, and I'm always up for a new challenge. My love for artistic expression is accompanied by a wide range of proficiencies in Adobe Softwares such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and After Effects. I graduated in 2024 from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with a degree in English Literature with Honors and a minor in Creative Writing. I am also a graduate of Ngee Ann Polytechnic's School of Film & Media Studies with a Diploma in Mass Communication. As a performer, I take joy in forming new connections and experiences through creative means. I believe in the importance of shared creative spaces and encouraging different ideas towards a shared goal. I manage, design, and produce the social media of my independent dance group, MonsterG. With over 1.2 million views on YouTube, we regularly put up mainly K-pop dance cover content and commercial performances. We have also collaborated with brands like Charles & Keith, La Senza, Tiger Beer, and many more.
Inspired by the growing trend of journaling and collectibles, I started my own small stationery side business during university selling self-designed stickers and cards online. I had to source for overseas suppliers to mass print my stickers as the local printing did not match the aesthetic I was aiming for. With the growing demand for a real-life store, I set up a temporary booth at a creator's market in 2022. Toshii Studios has currently amassed over 2,000 followers on social media.
