Serve as trusted partner to the CVP and leadership team to lead the rhythm of the business and develop the strategy and operational execution of a mission-critical engineering team of ~1300. Foster collaboration, drive operational excellence, ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, support people rhythms and communications, and manage resourcing and planning.

The C-Series team integrates the voice of the field into the planning and execution of the invitation-only C-Series Executive Summits. C-Series Executive Summits are in-person peer-to-peer events growing CxO relationships among Microsoft’s most strategic enterprise customers. This role leverages data for audience insights, takes action to maximize business impact of CxO executive summits, and designs high impact content experiences that align to executive summit objectives, in partnership with global field sales, events teams, and corporate stakeholders.
