I am an organized and detail-oriented individual with strong multitasking skills. My educational background at Sheridan College and Ryerson University has allowed me to work within various team roles and group projects which has enhanced my team building skills. Working with people is a passion of mine but I do enjoy independent projects as well. I have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have worked various roles which have allowed me to expand my knowledge and training in multiple aspects of the industry. Currently, I am a bartender and supervisor and have various responsibilities. In my current role, I have worked with payroll to ensure all changes to employee files are done promptly and correctly, I have prepared reports on sales, projected sales and completed various inventory reports. I have also been responsible for creating and maintaining employee files, ensuring confidentiality and I am a leader in our health and safety team. I have also liaised employees with knowledge and concerns regarding our policies and procedures at East Side Mario’s.
