- Commit 170M of sales revenue - Enhance business with Cisco from US$4M to US$90M - Develop HP ProCurve business from zero to 15M - Develop Avaya business from zero to 20M - Develop Juniper business from zero to 40M - Develop Brocade business from zero to 5M - Working with OEM company ( Foxconn, DNI, Accton, Alpha, Quanta & Wistron ) for multiple Networking customers including HP ProCurve, Juniper, Brocade, Meraki, Extreme, DELL, Netgear, D-Link, Microsoft etc.. Well understand OEM development process to ensure project development schedule - Leading dedicated team including twenty engineers and three Sales for 170M of revenue commitment - Follow up new product inquiry and co-work with engineering team to provide best quote for project win - Develop marketing & sales plan to maintain stable profit and maximize sales revenue - Acting as correspondent for material, capacity, resource and quality issues - Manage project development schedule, integrate & coordinate internal resources to ensure NPI successful introduction - Order fulfillment management and supply chain coordination to assure continuity of supply and avoid material excess - Monthly operation performance review to management to summarize business highlight & lowlight
