I am responsible for process engineering, work preparation, production planning, quality assurance, and customer service for LPBF metal projects. I have over eight years of experience in designing lifting chain components and optimizing design for additive manufacturing, using Siemens NX. Three years of experience in work preparation with Materialize Magics. I have also contributed to research and development projects. I am passionate about learning new technologies and methods, and collaborating with others to create value and impact.
Processing of spare part orders, repair orders and project management of small projects for LDPE/EVA and UREA production plants. Coordination of all internal departments within the managed projects. Technical and commercial responsibility for the project success. Continuous optimization of internal processes and procedures.
Responsibility for the following activities in the field of LPBF metal (powder bed based melting of metal by laser beam): Offer preparation, link between customers and internal processing as project manager, including maintaining contacts and advising customers. Process engineering, work preparation, independent production planning and management, management of production staff. Design and development activities for customers, as well as design modifications and optimization of designs for additive manufacturing using Siemens NX. Production-accompanying measurement for quality improvement.
Construction and design of lifting chains and accessories, including design of finished forging parts using Siemens NX 11 (formerly Unigraphics NX). CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) for research & development of these parts, using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) via Simcenter 11 (NX 11) in linear static assembly analysis. Maintenance of technical product data and specifications. Auxiliary competence in project management for minor projects and performing of factory tours and trainings.
