I support clients with their employee related matters including employee investigations; workplace violence, harassment, discrimination, incivility & conduct, performance, and practice related concerns. I am an active participant in Labour Management, grievance hearings, mediation and arbitration. I partner with clients to achieve business objectives, deliver corporate programs/initiatives and to bring resolution to complaints and other HR related matters.
