I am a strategic thinker and a passionate leader with nearly three decades in technical sales and 20 years experience in managing sales, service and application teams to mid-sized manufacturing companies across Asia Pacific. My competence is the management of all core business fields, with the aim to constantly improve the organization, in its operations, sales and service. The key to it is building new and fostering existing, meaningful relationships in business and personally, on all levels, inside and outside of the organization. Asia offers working and interacting within a diverse landscape, across vast geographies, with people from different regions, cultures and religions. That's my passion. It enabled me to achieve a strong track record of creating and implementing advanced manufacturing solutions for our customers to increase OEE, digitalize, and improve casting and machining processes. As a student, I took the opportunity to study Chinese language and culture at the Northwest University Xi'an, China. While deepening my knowledge of entrepreneurship and marketing at the University of Victory BC, Canada. I graduated in Germany from the reputable Hochschule Furtwangen University with an MBA in International Business focused on Asia. Fast-forward, today I am enjoying working and living in the two vibrant cities of Singapore and Shanghai, while conducting business in China, Southeast Asia and Australia & NZ. I'm fluent in English, German and intermediate in Chinese, some snippets in Bahaha Indonesia and due to heritage een klein beetje of Dutch. Asia is transforming rapidly, it motivates me to contribute a part to driving this transformation. My live moto is: Stay hungry, stay foolish, always improve!
