Responsible for the global product and business leadership of a multi-hundred million CHF semiconductor portfolio within one of the company’s most strategic accounts. Operating as part of the global account leadership team, I drive end-to-end alignment between customer requirements, product strategy and internal execution across engineering, supply chain, quality and sales. Key responsibilities and impact: – Define and execute global portfolio strategy aligned with customer technology roadmaps – Drive new product introductions (NPI), specification wins and long-term growth initiatives – Own the interface between customer, business unit and global cross-functional teams – Translate complex market and customer requirements into scalable product and business solutions – Lead global alignment across regions (Europe, US, Asia) in a matrix organization – Contribute directly to revenue growth, profitability and strategic account development Background includes leadership roles across engineering, product management and global operations, enabling strong execution at the intersection of technology and business.
Leading and developing a global team of Lab Engineers in Haag (CH), Grabs (CH) and Penang (MY) as the Head of Engineering within Corporate R&D in the Semiconductor Solutions Group (SSG). Responsible for validation and verification of all new product & technology developments, as well as quality and improvement projects.
