65% of GLP-1 patients drop out within a year. The drug works — the behavior fails. I'm Renato, a physician and founder. I started Ew2health to solve the most expensive problem in obesity care: not getting patients onto GLP-1s, but keeping them on track. Ew2health is the behavioral intelligence layer for obesity care. Our patented Predictive Behavioral Analytics (US Patent 11,633,160) reads how a patient is actually living and forecasts their weight trajectory — and their dropout risk — up to 15 days ahead. So clinics can intervene before a patient quits, not after. Our product, Sinque, makes it real: - For patients: a calm, numberless daily ritual — step on, walk away. No daily verdict, just a trend. - For clinicians: an early-warning dashboard that flags disengagement, shows trajectory, and guides titration between visits. The result for clinics: higher retention, higher patient lifetime value, and less revenue leakage — without adding operational load. We're building this with leaders in metabolic health (Roche, Garmin, Mayo Clinic Platform), serving clinics in the Netherlands and Brazil, and expanding to the US. If you run or invest in weight-loss clinics, telemedicine, pharma, or medtech — and you care about outcomes that last past the prescription — let's talk. [email protected] | ew2health.com | sinque.ai

Problem: The difficulty to acquire people's health parameters and to make this information useful to drive behavior change makes health prevention programs expensive and inefficient for healthcare providers, health insurances, fitness industry and government. Solution: "Less is more!" We start to focus on one medical parameter that has a scientific correlation with healthcare costs and is very important for fitness industry; weight. Our solution is an improved and numberless weight management tool that inspires 35% more people to frequently monitor their weight and their health. Our reports allow companies and healthcare providers to reduce their costs with health prevention programs, and also offers marketing opportunities to the fitness industry. Our solution integrates: - A Numberless IoT scale for Large Traffic Areas that simplifies the weight measurement and establishes a communication with our user - We are developing a connection with Bluetooth bathroom scales. - A cloud computer application (mobile APP) helps our users to track their weight trend, as well as offers fitness providers, services, and products. - A website where companies can access our real-time reports. Different from competitors, our tool reveals the behavior change of some population two weeks in advance, therefore we offer useful data to the decision-making process in health prevention that also effectively calculate ROI of this programs. Different from the inaccurate "smart" scales in the market, our solution analyses our natural weight oscillation to reveal the future weight trend. Our A.I. learns the larger of the two main contents of energy consumption (water) and eliminates this ‘noise’ of water oscillation to provide users with their clear weight loss trend two weeks in the future. Our tool is cheaper and easy to use compared to our competitors. We have our first client and running another three trials. We are now looking for investments, it is time to grow!
During a stay-home-dad period of my life, were I followed my wife around the world (Minnesota/USA, London/UK, Madison/USA) I conclude an MBA and work on WOA Project. Where with a team in US that are developing the algorithm and the business model. With another team in Brazil that are applying the solution to the corporate wellness market, we are building new approach to weight management. Using our algorithm we can talk about the future to influence the present. I'm driving the initial steps towards our product, we are testing some concepts and understand the possibilities to go to the market. We are developing the wi-fi scales in Argentina, the cloud computer system in Sri Lanka and our first group of clients will be in Brazil were we are starting the pilots. WOA project is now one big challenge, but I believe with a creativity and a real collaborative work we will bring the innovation to the healthcare industry.
During the course of my activities at Fleury I was invited to a quite different challenge, to manage a soccer business. At C2B, I was Director e co-founder of a professional soccer team program, that includes a social program, a professional soccer team (first league in Sao Paulo, Brazil) and a training camp hotel, with 45 employees and more than 245 players in different ages, was a result of business plan presentations to investors in the soccer industry, five million Reais ($2.5 mm) was captured to effectively start-up the company. Based on a software that I developed to accelerate the young soccer talent identification process. My responsibilities with investors included the fact that sports medicine knowledge makes the training program more accurate and lower cost process compared to others teams. Researched the soccer market to assess the future value of this proposition, and with these numbers transformed this process into a business plan.
