Audiovisual Producer and Head of Video with 5+ years of experience building, scaling, and leading high-output video production across 35+ YouTube channels and multiple digital ecosystems. I currently work as Head of Video at the affiliate marketing company Growth Leads LTD, focused on Sports and iGaming, where my role goes beyond production, centered on optimizing revenue growth through video, applying new trends, formats, and platform-specific techniques tailored to each niche. This includes team leadership, creative direction, workflow optimization and continuous testing across long-form, short-form, and live content to improve performance and monetization. In addition to recorded content, I manage live streaming production on Twitch and Kick, overseeing technical setup, live direction, stream quality, and content flow for performance-driven and brand-focused broadcasts. In parallel, I also offer audiovisual services covering a broader creative and commercial scope: • Podcast production and post-production • Online marketing campaigns for e-commerce brands • Music video and short-film (production, editing, sound design) My career began in audio production. I trained in sound operation at CETEAR in Rosario, Argentina, before transitioning into video after working on scripted and commercial productions. In 2020, I worked on the TV series L-Ispettur in Malta, followed by several TV commercials, music videos, interviews and feature films including Uwijja (2022) and Ciao Ciao (2025), directed by Keith Tedesco. Alongside digital and film work, I’m actively involved in music production. I’ve produced and collaborated with independent artists and bands, and I’m currently a member and producer of the alternative rock band Vitellio.
