With over 5 years of professional experience, in France, I specialize in aquaculture operations, team leadership, and environmental sustainability. As Responsable d'exploitation at Eauzons!, I am committed to optimizing operational efficiency while ensuring the highest standards of water quality and fish health. Motivated by a mission to promote sustainable aquatic practices, I bring a collaborative approach to leadership, fostering innovation and teamwork within dynamic environments. At Eauzons!, I oversee operational workflows, focusing on resource management and team coordination to achieve organizational goals. Previously at PISCICULTURE D'ESTALENS, I contributed to fish health protocols, water quality management, and the development of food and medication strategies. My expertise in aquatic ecosystems aligns with my passion for advancing impactful solutions in the aquaculture industry.
• Supervised personnel and organized daily operations to ensure efficient site management. • Led health and maintenance protocols for marine and freshwater fish and invertebrates. • Developed and implemented food and medication protocols to enhance aquatic health. • Monitored water quality to maintain optimal living conditions for aquatic species.
Identification, characterization, functions and adaptation to harsh environmental constraints of antimicrobial peptides from extreme worms: (i) evaluating their adaptations to harsh biotic and abiotic factors, (ii) looking for new peptide patterns, (iii) assessing their biological activities (antibacterial, anti-tumor, etc.) for human applications and (iv) understanding the interactions between nematodes and prokaryotes in marine environment. Main activities and responsibilities: - Searching for novel Antimicrobial Peptides (screening and identification); - Sampling and sorting marine annelids and nematodes; - Bioassays of human and marine pathogens (hazard group 1,2 and 3)
