- Contribute to the prioritization of files and support to the strategic and institutional dialogue with ICRC IFRC; - Coordinate the representation of Swiss interests and priorities to the 34th International Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent; - Communicate with ICRC/IFRC interlocutors and organization of high-level meetings; - Participate in working groups and collaboration with the different divisions/directorates and the Swiss missions in Geneva and New York; - Draft speaking/talking points and other background information for SDC/FDFA representatives, internal SDC communication and advocacy.
- Contribute to the prioritization of files and support to the strategic and institutional dialogue of both OCHA and ICRC/IFRC desks; - Support to the strategic orientation of the OCHA Country Based Pooled Funds Working Group and the representation of Swiss interests and priorities through coordination and participation in meetings and events; - Communicate with ICRC/IFRC interlocutors and organization of high-level meetings on institutional strategies; - Participate in working groups and collaboration with the different divisions/directorates and the Swiss missions in Geneva and New York; - Drafting of speaking/talking points and other background information for SDC/FDFA representatives, internal SDC communication and advocacy.
- Contribute to the Child Protection Programme planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and the administration of program/project activities related to UNICEF’s support; - Support the case management system by the validation of data, the follow-up of case management procedures, support of the services mapping and the reporting; - Support to the re-integration of the Syrian returnees including the mapping of services and coordination on referrals; - Reporting of Child protection activities achieved by UNICEF and the implementing partners and participate to the coordination meetings of OCHA and other UN agencies.
