Customer service: analyze and review the client’s requirements. Shipping follow up just in time and just in sequence Forecast/budget preparation and analysis, SAP key user Weekly preparation of shipments according to the client’s requirements. Follow up with Quality and Production to fulfill requirements on time. Planner for overseas material: follow up for coverage, reworks and just in time deliveries. Planner for in house material: inventory levels under control for the two business units, storage space analysis and follow up of daily sales. Spare parts management: process development and homologation between business units. Reduction of customer complaints to zero with several changes implemented and documented. System controlled and up to date according to requirements, Production schedule for subassemblies Shipping coordination and follow up. Reduction of inventory levels and reduction of expenses by creating follow up documentation and adapting processes. On SAP MRP views update, delivery creation, delivery modification, order creation, non-stock document creation among others for all business units. Back up for vehicle scheduler, SAP Key User.
