I've been in charge of the setup of the new center of excellence of ACG dedicated to the assembly and testing of pharmaceutical serialization and aggregation solutions, in Switzerland. Design of the equipment logistic flow between India / Croatia and Switzerland. Management of the production facilities refurbishment works as well as the office layout definition with the architects.
