    Digital Marketing / CRM Specialist 2022 - 2023 Spearheaded the digital transformation of a B2B company by implementing HubSpot as a CRM system. Developed middleware to ingest Business Central data into HubSpot (via API), and set up API to provide extra functionality to front-ends (using Python/Flask). Set up Zapier to enhance functionality where HubSpot was lacking. Provided strategic advice, served as a liaison between management, sales, marketing, and IT, and developed a long-term plan for CRM, database-driven and inbound marketing, customer experience, and NPS measurement implementation. Art Direction 2020-2022 Collaborated with a creative director as a technical art director to rebrand a pharmaceutical brand. Designed new packaging, visual identity, and brand style, and produced 3D simulations, virtual and physical mockups, and motion graphics. Digital Marketing & Marketing Technology Specialist 2018-2020 Responsibilities: Assisting the Saint-Gobain Gyproc team with developing a new website (Drupal), setting up a digital (marketing) tooling landscape (Mailchimp, Trello, Zebrix Digital Signage, HubSpot, Showpad). Setting up a DAM (Bynder + workflow), assisting in operational matters (filling DAM, automating bulk uploads through scripting). Giving strategic advice to the marketing director, added to the marketing & technical staff team. Creating effective flows between ERP/CRM/PIM and the digital marketing tooling layer. Created ‘digital landscape’ of tools and platforms, used by the marketing department to embark on a new digital and data-driven journey.
