About

Director-General and senior public policy professional specialising in economic and industrial policy. Together with my teams, I provide strategic advice on the EU internal market and its regulatory framework, international trade, and international economic policy. Over the past years, I have been deeply engaged in the policy work surrounding the future of the EU's industrial base — including discussions on the Letta and Draghi reports, net zero and energy transition policy, energy-intensive industries, critical raw materials, sustainability, and the defence industry. Across these policy areas, I work in close collaboration with international public and private partners within the EU, the United States and other jurisdictions — bringing together substantive policy expertise and a broad network built over more than two decades at the intersection of government, European institutions and the private sector.
