About

I am a sensor development engineer with over 10 years of experience translating innovative sensing technologies into commercially viable products. My expertise spans biosensor development, semiconductor microfabrication, electrochemical sensing, embedded systems, and technology commercialisation, supporting projects from early-stage research through prototype validation and product development. With a background in chemical engineering and extensive experience across academia and industry, I have led the development of wearable sensors, electrochemical biosensors, and portable diagnostic technologies for healthcare, environmental monitoring, and food applications. My work integrates flexible electronics, semiconductor fabrication, electrochemistry, embedded systems and AI-assisted data analysis to develop practical, scalable sensing solutions. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with multidisciplinary teams including researchers, clinicians, engineers, manufacturers and commercial partners to bridge the gap between laboratory innovation and real-world product development. My experience includes technology transfer, product development, industry collaboration and commercialisation through projects with ANFF, MCN, UNSW, Monash University and industrial partners. Alongside my research career, I have a strong interest in supporting technology commercialisation and early-stage product development, particularly for deep-tech and sensor-based innovations. I enjoy working at the intersection of research, engineering and product strategy to help transform scientific ideas into practical technologies with real-world impact. I am always interested in connecting with researchers, founders, startups and industry partners working on deep-tech innovation and technology commercialisation.
