Define IT and Digital solutions that enable the delivery of Corporate Plan. Lead development and selection of new products and propositions. - Provide leadership and line management to the Product Engineering and Quality Assurance team members - Define release content based on the backlog priorities, pending service requests, third party applications changes, or operating system updates - Oversee and manage teams and projects in challenging environment by stakeholder identification and frequent communication and co-ordination with all relevant stakeholders. Managing changing priorities and focus on successful and smooth deliveries. - Lead stakeholder engagement and build strong customer relationships with all levels of stakeholders across Sovereign (Housing, Income, Finance, Customer Contact) to understand requirements, strengths and identify gaps.
