• Managing Injection Moulding and Tooling validations by raising change controls, preparing validation rationales, URS, DQ and protocols and executing them following regulatory guidelines and organisation’s SOPs. • Managing selected vendors to ensure delivery of new and modified tooling against agreed specifications. • Actively coordinate production, supply chain, maintenance, tool transportation, processing trials and metrology and ensure timely completion of projects through timely decision making involving relevant stakeholders as necessary. • Organise effective Tooling and Moulding risk assessments & Tooling FMEA's with project team and tool suppliers. • Provide hands on support to Tooling Engineer and Validation Engineer.
