Reinventing and creation of client experiences and new products for Club Med customers of today and tomorrow In charge of 32 resorts based in 8 different countries with a worldwide coordination responsibility on the following topics: - Sustainability and Environment: 1 of the 5 strategic pillars of Club Med Responsible of certification of worldwide resorts as well as creation of strategy for plastic and waste management, partnerships with association or ONG, carbon plan deployment, animal welfare policy, green activities - Wellness and SPA, sports and leisure (Club Med aims to be the largest sport school in the World), circus and water activities - Destination: creation and deployment of competitive excursion programs for future and current clientele - Family: 1 of the 5 strategic pillars of Club Med Leading the program design for children from 4 month to 17 YO, ensuring adapted structure for each age, reinventing activities answering to market trends qnd needs such as Mini Club + program inspired by positive pedagogy, reconnection program for families "Amazing Family", ensuring every resort answers to children needs - Commercial coordination: Close collaboration with Marketing and Sales team, ensuring innovation of products is aligned with global brand and Marketing campaigns
Responsible for strategy creation and deployment of Leisure innovations including: Sports, Kids club, Family programs, discovery, boutiques, ski pro-shop, and SPA for 7 resorts in China Successful launch of new Club Med segment "Joyview" : B&B hotels with a reinvented leisure approach located close to main Chinese cities catering to short stay customers Supporting role during launch and opening of 4 new resorts
