It is a great privilege to have returned to my academic roots at a top school in our field. With the opportunity to boost coverage of the supply chain in the sourcing and procurement domain in both (E)MBA, executive ed and other programs and to help advance the thinking and practice of sourcing and procurement, while developing leaders of the future. Supported group CFO in building and running a global procurement organization that delivered improvement in savings year over year, grew spend coverage consistently and supported new client acquisition as the company grew from $500mln to $2bn organically and through multiple global acquisitions. Procurement owned a pillar of the corporate ESG program and build and implemented a sustainable procurement program that was certified at higher levels of maturity year after year.
Supporting the CFO, the CPO (and his team) in their procurement and supply chain transformation programs. Helped develop and implement a supplier diversity and inclusion program.
Have served CSCMP as a volunteer since 1996 in a number of committees (including Distinguished Service Award Committee, Doctoral Dissertation Award Committee and the Hall of Fame voting panel) and on the Board of Directors since 2006. CSCMP is the leading professional association for supply chain management. It's mission is to lead the supply chain profession by connecting, developing and educating the world's logistics and supply chain management professional throughout their career.
Supported the CFO with the creation of a strategic sourcing program and drove wave 1 value delivery
