Over the last 15 years, I have actively co-founded and managed operations for MedTech startups and SMEs. My expertise spans from initial concept development to the successful launch of homologated medical devices and acquisition of first customers. Those activities were requiring important quality, project and team management skills to transform student projects into companies of 12 employees. I also joined existing companies with leader roles and adapted myself to the company culture. I am now supporting startups on different topics depending on their needs.
