I'm a highly experienced UX content strategist and design manager. I specialize in content strategy and design for internal tools like service desk support systems and performance management tools, along with other enterprise software, product content, UI microcopy, and content modeling. I work with content creators of all kinds to create flexible, reusable, structured content. I have experience managing teams of content and product designers at all levels, as well as running communities of practice for other content practitioners in organizations. I also teach workshops and speak at conferences around the world. Leading a 25+ team of UX writers/content designers and technical writers for Google's internal tools organization. My team drives content strategy for our ecosystem of HR, culture, finance, legal and compliance, security, real estate, IT and supply, and support products used by tens of thousands of Googlers around the world.

Headed up the content and product design team, created and implemented the integrated content and localisation strategy, ran the content community of practice and was all-round head cheerleader for copy, UX writing, content design and content strategy at ClearScore. I particularly enjoed managing and mentoring our designers, helping shape their growth, as well as guiding our overall product content direction through being the discipline head for content design. I grew the content design team from 0 to a fully-fledged team, with 8 content designers across our product and beyond.
