As part of the "Programma ICT Beweegt", I managed the large-scale migration of the central IT applications for "De Drechtsteden" (a collaboration of 7 municipalities and 4 joint regulations, serving 5,500 users and 300,000 citizens) from an on-premise environment to KPN data centers. Additionally, I directed the transition of the corporate telephony solution (Avaya) to the managed hosting service Axians OMNIA. In my role as Transition Manager, I led these complex initiatives on behalf of the Servicegemeente Dordrecht (SGD).
