Responsible for managing, administering, and coordinating regional activities of the Company’s Ethics and Compliance Office (ECO) in the Americas Region. Reporting to the VP of Ethics and Compliance, I provide valuable ethics, compliance, and investigative support to Regional Operations and Staff Leaders. The position is responsible to align regional needs with corporate support from ECO’s ethics, compliance, and investigative teams. The Regional ECO Officer is responsible to operationalize ECO’s Charter in region, with special focus on tailored, local ECO support for all evolving business and risk profiles.
Responsible for all aspects of IT Services cross border transfers. Specialized in the following regulatory areas - Commerce Department's Export Administration Regulations, State Department's International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Asset Controls. Supported sales initiatives to mitigate any potential violations of the aforementioned regulations in provisioning our services to our Clients. Conducted audits and process reviews to determine any unauthorized weak points specific to restricted data access controls.
