Managing the accounting-, service invoicing and project control departments (17 fte) of the Dutch part of the internationally operating Alphatron Marine group. Main tasks and responsibilities: - responsible for entire Fp&A cycle - periodical financial reporting based on fast closing guidelines - preparation of relevant management information - responsible for implementation of new ERP management information system (Navision) - experienced in IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 - restructuring and reorganising departments
Main tasks and responsibilties: - compose strategical and annual plan - governance corporate entities - management of controlling, accounting, investor relations, HR and facility services dep. Responsible for about 50 accounts in the mid-size and larger segment (companies and institutions), a.o. for the larger shipping accounts as Wagenborg, Hartmann, Buss and Flinter. Started as management trainee and after that active as Accountmanager Wholesale Banking. Interim: Project Manager implementation Euro currency and automation of credit applications and credit adjustments.
