At Component Enterprises, as Lean Operations Manager, I focus on enhancing warehouse, procurement, inventory, production, and sales operations. By leveraging my extensive background as an Inventory Specialist and Process Manager, I develop practical tools, streamlined workflows, and clear procedures to optimize day-to-day operations. My work aligns with the company's mission of serving the military and aerospace component industry since 1965. Alongside this role, I lead IDEATE, an AI operational partnership practice, where I collaborate with founders and entrepreneurs to design and implement tailored solutions, including custom AI agents and automated systems. Additionally, as Founder and CRO of Joints & Jitsu, I drive creative projects in apparel, media production, and lifestyle branding, all with the mission to grow & LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL!
