- Managing project development, cost controls, estimating, planning and scheduling for new construction and integrity projects - Thorough understanding of governing bodies such as AER (Directive 17, 56, 60) and CSA Z662 - New construction projects include steel, polyethylene and fiberglass pipelines throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) - Experience with integrity projects including tethered and free-swim in-line inspections. - Preparing authority for expenditures (AFEs) for pipeline and well-site projects - Procurement of materials, labor and technical expertise. - Preparing and distributing request for proposal (RFP) packages to potential contractors and subsequently evaluating and awarding the work. - Field visits to scope projects, inspect safety standards and construction activities.
