Select and manage designers and contractors for new branch openings, ensuring consistent implementation of the brand identity across all locations. Manage the process of trademark registration in international markets, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Europe, and other regions.
Monitor and track development project progress to ensure timely and quality delivery. Develop daily and monthly team schedules based on workflow priorities and project deadlines. Oversee and evaluate team and individual performance to ensure achievement of targets. Design and update job descriptions according to actual roles and responsibilities. Lead the recruitment, selection, and promotion processes based on quarterly performance appraisals. Establish and maintain an updated database of suppliers and vendors. Coordinate curriculum development and ensure all academy presentations meet company standards of quality and professionalism. Act as the primary liaison between instructors, students, and academy management, addressing inquiries and resolving operational issues. Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and event success.
