About

I am a final-year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Khartoum with a strong interest in materials engineering, computational mechanics, and advanced engineering analysis. My academic and research interests focus on understanding material behavior across different scales, with particular experience in Crystal Plasticity, HR-EBSD, and HR-DIC. My graduation research involves mapping local material properties and deformation behavior using experimental data, computational modeling, and numerical optimization. I have experience working with MATLAB, MTEX, ImageJ/Fiji, EBSD data analysis, digital image correlation, and computational materials modeling. I am particularly interested in connecting experimental characterization with computational methods to better understand deformation, stress localization, and damage initiation in engineering materials. I am passionate about continuous learning, research, and applying engineering knowledge to solve complex real-world problems. I am open to opportunities in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Computational Mechanics, and research
