Performance & operational issues can stem from people, quality, training, or operations, but in practice, they often involve a combination of system design, leadership expectations, workflows, and capability. I work with organizations where results are inconsistent, pressure is increasing, or improvement efforts havenโt delivered the expected impact. My role is to help leaders understand what is actually driving performance, where effort should be focused first, and what sequence of actions makes sense. This diagnostic work creates clarity, alignment, and better decisions, whether the next step involves process changes, capability building, leadership action, or further operational work. I support small and growing companies - as well as leaders operating within them - in making informed performance and operational decisions that reduce wasted effort and increase the likelihood of real improvement.
